  • How do I make a request?

    You can make a request through the Amerni app. We’ll collect a few personal details (like your name and phone number and email), your location (so a professional is able to find you) then submit your request. After that, you will receive three service providers for you to review them and choose one of them based their rating and pervious feedback, and if you haven’t already, you can download the app to access location tracking, tipping, and more!

    To get a quote, simply start making a request. Once we know some details about your needs, the professional we’ll show up at your location for inspection and the he will tell you the price. Keep in mind that bookings carry a two hour minimum.

    On the app:
    1. Select the Services button.
    2. Pick the type of service you want to schedule
    3. Enter details about your request as prompted (date, time, etc.)
    4. If you have a Coupon you can enter it on the request submission page, right underneath the date and time information
    5. Make sure your entry instructions are correct, so pros know how to get in to get started.
    6. Leave instructions to your professional about any specific needs for your home.

    Note: kindly note that you can attach a picture of the problem (optional) and once you submit your order and it gets completed you can rate the service provided to enhance the customer experience for any future references or requests.

    We want you to be able to connect with your professional. Here are some things to consider:

    1. You can call your pro from your Request Page
    2. If calling, make sure you’re using the phone number listed on your account
    3. Pros may take a little while to respond while they are in transit or experiencing poor reception

  • My pro is late

    We expect the professionals using our platform to provide the highest level of service, and at the core of that is reliability. Your professional will arrive as close to your chosen start time as they are able.

    Please allow 10 to 15 minutes after your appointment is scheduled begin, before reporting lateness.

    We know you may not have time wait and apologize for the inconvenience. Feel free to reschedule through our customer experience team. Just go to your Request page and select “Objection”.

  • My pro wants to reschedule or cancel

    Was this request with your preferred professional? You could always skip or reschedule this request and your pro will be given the opportunity to claim the new time. To skip or reschedule, just cancel the current request and make a new one at your convenience.

    If your pro couldn’t make it to your request as arranged. Get in touch with our customer experience team and we’ll do our best to make sure your original request is upheld with a professional who can make it.

  • My pro didn't bring supplies

    We’re sorry that your pro didn’t arrive prepared. When we accept independent professionals to our platform, we give them guidelines and expectations. Those expectations include bringing all of the basic tools and necessities to get the job done right.
